Is there a setup fee?
For Starter: no. For Professional guided setup: one-time ₹9,999. For Enterprise: implementation is included in the contract. We don't charge for software configuration — only for the time our team spends setting up workflows specific to your facility.
What's included in the 14-day free trial?
Full access to your plan tier. No feature restrictions. No credit card required. At day 14, you can subscribe or export all your data and leave. We don't make you call us to cancel.
Can I add a module mid-year?
Yes. Module upgrades take effect immediately. Billing is prorated to the next renewal date. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my user count?
We'll contact you before blocking access. Overages are billed at the per-user rate for that month. We won't lock your team out mid-shift.
Do I own my data?
Yes, completely. Your patient data is yours. We are the processor; you are the controller. You can export all data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON, FHIR). If you leave BioEcko, we will provide a full data export and delete your data from our systems on request.
Can I export everything if I leave?
Yes. We provide a full data export in standard formats. We've made it easy because we're confident you won't want to.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly billing is available for Starter and Professional. Annual contracts offer better pricing and are available for all tiers. Enterprise and Custom terms are confirmed in the signed agreement. No lock-in beyond the agreed term.
Are SMS and WhatsApp charges included?
WhatsApp Business API messages and SMS alerts are billed at actual cost. We pass through WhatsApp's pricing (approximately ₹0.35–0.50 per message) with no markup. The first 1,000 messages/month are included in Professional and above.
